The hotel offers great amenities and a friendly staff, and the spacious room had a fantastic city view. However, the noisy environment at night and the occasional smell of cigarettes were drawbacks. Overall, it's a solid choice with potential for improvement.

Super convenient spot right across from a mall and plenty of food options. Our suite was huge, and my husband loved the view. Staff was friendly too. One little hiccup was the bar area. it got crowded at night, but we managed!

The twin room had a modern feel with an exceptional TV and comfortable beds. While the heating system worked efficiently, the noise from the hall made for some restless nights. Customer service was hit or miss. one staff member was less than friendly, impacting the overall experience. Nonetheless, the clean bathrooms and good water pressure were definite highlights.

There’s this killer spot, OK Ryan Restaurant, just a hop, skip, and jump away, serving some mean dumplings that'll make your taste buds dance. And trust me, you can't miss the Little Lamb Mongolian Hotpot – it's hot pot heaven! On top of that, the staff were totally on point, and my Suite with City View was just the cherry on top, decked out to the nines.
But yo, I gotta call out the noise factor! There were nights when I felt like I was in a live concert instead of a hotel. Plus, the lack of coffee was a heartbreaker. no morning brews to kickstart my NYC adventures? Come on! And they really need to sort out their room service hype—ain't nobody got time for that.
